• 4 lemons (meyers are nice)
  • 3/4 - 1 c granulated cane sugar
  • 7 c filtered water
Fresh Summer Lemonade

This is half recipe and half technique. Easy to make and keep in the fridge when you are bored with water. The big secret here is a food processor. Mine has a juicer attachment that makes it even easier.

The other big secret is the sugar. Use good quality non-refined, organic cane sugar in this recipe. Otherwise you might as well be drinking a soda.

  1. Juice the lemons into the food processor.

  2. Switch to the blade attachment and mix in the sugar to make a syrup of sorts.

  3. Turn up the speed and pour in the water.
